My Role
As the product designer, I worked with our product manager Erik Grensman and product CEO Daniel Hagenfeldt throughout this project. I played a key role in redesigning the platform, focusing on improving user experience. I designed an intuitive drag-and-drop builder for the newsfeed and ensured seamless interaction across the platform.

The process started with user interviews and surveys, analyzing feedback, and comparing with competitors. For design and prototyping, I made wireframes and prototypes, and created a simple drag-and-drop newsfeed builder. For implementation, I worked closely with developers, conducted continuous testing, and launched the new design in stages.
