Nuport is a full-stack cloud supply chain platform.

Nuport works with the supply chain, logistics, distribution, and warehouse teams of manufacturers and distributors to automate and streamline processes with data.

With a cloud-based, fully integrated platform, businesses are able to achieve end-to-end visibility of their whole supply chains, cut lead times by up to 65%, and while giving decision-makers more control over their distribution.

On this project, I served as the lead designer, working in partnership with our product manager,
Mohammad Rabioul, Md Rifat Rahman, CTO Chris Li, Engineer Lead Khondker Nafiul Islam and product CEO Fahim Salam throughout this project.

In my design journey, I face challenges in maintaining consistency amidst evolving requirements and feedback. Effective collaboration and integrating user feedback are crucial, as is streamlining design processes and ensuring accessibility. I prioritize staying updated with trends and maintaining version control while balancing creativity with constraints.

My work process begins by discussing requirements with product managers to understand their needs. I then examine user behavior and study similar products for ideas. After drafting initial concepts, I refine my designs based on feedback. Once finalized, I ensure my designs are visually appealing and ready for implementation.

Throughout, I seek feedback and make adjustments as needed. With designs approved, I prep everything for the development team. Collaboration continues as I ensure the final product meets expectations. I conduct usability checks to confirm user-friendliness and reflect on my process for future improvement.
